I booked this hotel because of its family room and my auntie who lives in Penang can not bath in bath tub. As I used to stay in other 5* hotel in Batu Ferringhi everytime I visit her, I was afraid this hotel wouldn't meet my expecation Turns out I was wrong. This hotel exceed my expectation. Modern, big room, nice view from my room (seaview, sunrise and sunset view), and breakfast is outstanding. Love their nasi lemak and roti canai very much although I'm not Indian. The beach is also clean, free of vendor (not like Batu Ferringhi). Location is not so far from Gurney plaza, and there's local food court accross the hotel. The food in beachside rest is not so good, but the cakes is delicious. Price is reasonable.

It is a great experience for a short escape. Room is large, clean, and modern. The pool is exceptional, and it is connected to the beach. Both munchkins enjoyed the stay.

Honestly, this is the best hotel I have ever experienced.. super clean, very nice bell boys. My premium supreme suite has sea view all around.. very satisfied.. will try sky suite next time.

Others all in good condition. Just room to room soundproof need to improve, due to other room from other floor move the chair the sound also i can hear. Is abit effect when we want to rest
