DislikedPoor customer service. The booking was a gift and purched from my sister card but they were not checking me in because I didnt have the card I paid for the room with me. Check in time was till 12:00 but at 10:00 I received a call saying that we’re leaving contact the number on the door to check in which caused me lots of stress and running to check in till 10:00 PM
